Two months...two months and our first programming assignment STILL hasn't been graded. No feedback at all. We're on our fourth programming assignment now. Assignment expectations/due dates aren't clear. Would not recommend.

She is the most unorganized professor i have had all my life. For our first test, we could not actually find the right link and do the exam until TWO DAYS after the due date. She gives a lot of busy b.s work and thinks your life should revolve around her class. DON'T TAKE!

Absolutely AVOID if possible. I have been a full time student for 5 years and never have i had a course with more frustrating and over-complicated methods. For example, the syllabus? 17 pages AND there was a test, yes, covering the syllabus.. Its a class of confusing nonsense. Not to mention, terrible instructing. Worst experience in school so far.

Amy is a overall a nice professor that like to spark discussions about Networking concepts. You can learn a lot in her class if you kind of have some prior Networking knowledge. A lot of her due dates are unclear because she forgets. Sometimes they pass and she'll extend the due date and other times you're out of luck. Can be a bit moody a times.

Very confusing class at times, never tells you exactly what she expects. Exams are way too long, they put you to sleep. Overall I was looking forward to this class, but didn't turn out as expected

By far the worst instructor I have even had. Class objectives were very outdated. Amy seemed like she didn't understand the subject matter she was teaching. She took forever to grade assignments. Often, her comments on a graded assignment contradicted the convoluted and confusing requirements. She really made me dissatisfied with my FSU education.

Takes a very long time to grade assignments. I am still unclear as to what I was supposed to be learning in this class. She is a nice enough person, but a terrible instructor. She had many tedious rules, and there were a couple incidences she screwed up on grading my assignments. I get the feeling she might be teaching too many classes at once.

Tons of busy work. Confusing guidance. Slow responses. Slow to grade assignments. Impossible exams. Do all of the busy work, check in, don't miss the online meetings, and you'll be ok, but you'll hate very second of it.

Worst online course I have ever taken (not just Ferris either). She takes weeks to grade anything & doesn’t respond to students questions until after assignments are due. She makes the material confusing and too difficult to learn. She is strict with grammar for you, but her assignments are riddled with errors. She's a dept head at Ferris now too.

By far the worst experience with an FSU instructor. She took way to long to respond to questions on discussion boards and email etc. And she took even longer to get assignments graded and returned to us. The final project was worth 100 points and we NEVER received a grade for it!!! How she calculated our final grade w/out that is beyond me!!

Class is not hard overall if you have a strong enough foundation. There is a lot of busy work that is essentially useless, not hard, just time consuming and useless. Class was not well structured as far as project requirements go, though, this is the first semester Buse taught the class.

She is a very good professor as far as teaching, understanding, and help. But she is very strict. The exams are impossible, even with hours and hours of study I did horrible. There is a lot of work and a lot of studying involved. She is nice and will help you, just the amount of information and expectations are way too much to handle.

Horrible instructor. She does not know what she wants. She is always changing things and adding things to assignments. Will not answer questions clearly or sometimes at all. Very slow to respond to emails. Half of the work in this capstone class is busy work. She just keeps adding stuff on to do in the middle of the semester. Overal horrible.

This is not a good class, uses a network+ certification book and you do not get certified. You can learn a lot in this class if you are willing to dedicate your life to it. If you have a full class load avoid Buse since you do not recieve anything for the tuition you pay.

Her learned centered environment is a joke. Basically teach yourself and learn stuff that will have very little bearing on your future and help even less in preparing you for CIS certifications. (Which you do not get with any of Prof. Buse's classes.
