Great class and professor . Now I really "Listen" to the music! She gives great examples, 3 assignments, and 10-12 question quizzes on every chapter (extra credit on every quiz, plus some). There is a mid-term and final (last 3 chapters). She always has a smile on her face and a fun sense of humor, which is great at 7 am!!

She's a very cool teacher. Had her class at 7am and was understanding for those times you overslept. She's very caring and wants to see you pass and understand the class. Go to class and take notes and quizzes are easy. Always EC on the quizzes and only 3 assignments other than that. Puts her own spin on things and adds humor when boring!

she's a very nice lady & really cares & WANTS you to learn the material, the class is a lot of work though with lots of homework but she explains everything really good. do your work carefully though, she'll take points off for the littles things, like notes not being aligned perfectly!

This is actually JoAnne McIntosh. She is very patient in a motherly way and tries not to let anyone fall behind. She has not tested us so far on anything not covered in class. Interested in students as people not just numbers and tries to remember our names.

Great teacher, unfortunately the subject matter is very tedious. Ear training for Music Theory. She's really lenient and helps out as often as you ask.
