love her so much! she was a little bit of a shock at first, very energetic and the whole classtime she speaks almost entirely in spanish to immerse you. lots of hw, 4 exams + a final. this made my semester, though- final review day, she passes out snacks and you can just take the bag home if no one else wants it just take it amazing!!!! love her!

Zink is very passionate about what she teaches. You can tell with every lecture that she loves the Spanish language and the culture. This makes it easier to teach towards students and she really strives to help each and every one of her students. You do have to work for the grade, but if you do the work, its not too hard and you will learn.

Professor Zink is the most influential professor I have ever had in my entire university career. If you have a passion for Spanish, I highly recommend her. She is extremely helpful, understanding and cultured.

Wonderful! Approachable, conscious of student needs, wonderful class control, loves the language and that translates into how she interacts with her students. If you're going to half-ass it, don't waste your time or hers; she's worth working hard for and will help you enrich your language capabilities. THE best Spanish professor I've ever had.

Probably the best teacher I have ever had, and I am sixty. If your looking to slide by, don't take her. She has her class schedule planned down to the last second and never misses a lick. Her classes are a lot of fun. I think she is a wonderful professor and person She is extremely fair and you can make a good grade, but you have to work for it. I

She's a good teacher. If you're just taking Spanish because you have to, don't take her. She pushes you, so if you're interested in the class, you'll learn a lot. Her classes past 250 are tough; you'll have to write papers and she's a strict grader.

She is awesome! She is always willing to help if you don't understand something. HW every class but it helps you learn Spanish! She is always available to talk in her office or in class. She makes the class fun and makes up songs to help you learn. I would definitely take her if I were you!

Unless you have a very large vocab and understanding of the language, AVOID HER! She is the worst prof at IUS! She gets mad if you dont understand and refuses to use english! If you dont understand, you cant learn and she doesnt care if you pass or not. Student beg for a D-! Homework is a bear! Unless you are a Spanish major...dont take her!

Zink is an amazing professor! She seems tough, but it is because she cares about her students and their grades. She is very enthusiastic and loves what she teaches. Even though she gives hw every night, it is not alot and if you come to class it is easy to finish in a half hour. She is the reason I am minoring in Spanish!
