He makes this class hard to comprehend, he rarely does any problems in class. You will have a hard time understanding his exams or homework unless you are taking this class for the 2nd time or you are a genius. Avoid this guy if you want to pass this course and you are neither of the two above. He also takes forever to grade the exams

Everything about him is great except..he does not provide timely feedback.People have no idea how they're doing in his course until 2-3 days before the final(not exaggerating), that's when he shares all hw/proj/midterm scores & tells individuals how much they need in the final to pass or to get the next better grade. Grading is absolute,no scaling

Comment:

Andrea was a great prof. The only complaint I could see is that his exams were very difficult, even with open book/note. He has his own style, which makes it hard to do practice problems beyond the hmwk. He gives great tips and tricks during his review sessions, which really help you bridge the theory to problems.

One of the best professors I ever had. Takes questions from class, lectures in an interesting and engaging way, always available for extra help in his office. His EE3302 and Introduction to Telecom Networks (grad) class were both great.
