Comment:

She may be the kindest soul on the planet. I can't imagine a better teacher or a better class. At every turn, she's helped me figure out how to be a better writer. I wish every one could take her Death, Monsters, Madness class. It's awesome.

Comment:

Prof. Harbin is very helpful and nice, but gives plenty in coursework. Always check blackboard the day before class, in case you've missed one of her new assignments (saved me many a time). She is a good teacher, pay attention in writer's conferences and implement her changes, they're very helpful and good for your grade (but are time consuming).

Pretty interesting reading material and paper topics. In class assignments don't always make sense, but they're easy. So long as you're responsible, she's very helpful and understanding if you go to her outside of class with a problem. A great choice for Lit 101.

Not very helpful outside of class, but a good prof in class. Class activities can be boring, often don't make sense. All CW profs grade kinda hard, and she's not too bad. Gives a lot of short assignments, but they are easy and help your grade if you do them. If you have to take 100/101 take her.
