I love this professor. She restricts certain overdone topics (abortion, gay marriage, etc.). It forces you to actually choose something different that you actually care about. As long as you follow the directions for the assignments, you will get a great grade in the class. Tons of opportunities for editing with great feedback. She's very fair.

This is the worst teacher I have ever had. She screams at the top of her lungs, she is a raging liberal who is too stuck on herself to even contemplate anothers views. She is a man hater, and overall student hater. Has no respect for anyones personal issues. I almost took an F just so I didnt have to deal with this witch. Her feedback is pointless

As a conservative in her class I did really well...As long as you can write well, you will do fine. A lot of reading but it was not mandatory to read and pass like some courses. Engl 102 with her was easy for me...

Horrible teacher. I didn't learn anything. This professor wouldn't even take the time to really read my work. Her comments/feedback was irrelevant. You could tell she hadn't even read it thoroughly. She was obviously a democrat, and she LOVED to force her views on you. Don't take this class unless you want to discuss politics all day, every day.

Way too intense for just a 102 class, acts like she is teaching juniors/seniors with an english major. Knows what she is talking about. Not a very fun class, lots of papers that require a lot of work. Don't take her class if you want the 'average english 102' because she goes way overboard.
