Great professor. Really funny, and loves to talk. She gives extra credit if your attendance is good, but you can miss class a couple times and still be OK. Her assignments are easy but dont underestimate her tests.

I love Dr Zabel, but her lectures tend to get off on a tangent. She is super funny, but I learn more from just reading the book.

I took her class online and it was very simple. She is clear in what she wants and does not ask for much. There are five writing assignments and weekly activities and quizzes online. She grades very fair. It would be extremely difficult to fail this class.

Overall I liked her class a lot actually she is very fun, she gives good lectures but can get a little off topic,but she cuts you a lot of slack with grading if you come to class every day you will recieve an extra 5 points on the exam and she also gives you points for for the majority of students missing the same question so as much as 10 points

Comment:

Dr. Zabel was pretty cool, I took her online for a winter-interim class. She gives alot of work, responds quick to emails or txt. If she sees you making an effort she will give you the grade you deserve. Expect to put in effort! But overall, had a great experience. Her writing assignments & quizes although tedious and time consuming worth it. A+

This course was uber easy. Every thing was self paced with reasonable deadlines. If you just do the work and answer the questions right your going to pass this class. When there was a question she was not very easy to get in tcuch with but overall I would take another class from her.

I absolutely love Professor Zabel. Her classes are by no means "blow-off" classes, however, she gives you the tools you need to ace it with her assignments. Just study, study, study because those tests are brutal!!!
