Lots of notes. LOTS OF NOTES. Essays come from them. Its ridiculous to try and memorize all that nonsense. But he does give all answers and questions to the Non essay portion of the test. So if you study those and atleast two of the essays its a guaranteed

I took every class he teaches. His class is easier than university history classes and prepares you for the upper-level classes well. He is so helpful and is always there for his students. His tests aren't hard, you just have to study hard.

He makes history come alive! Tests are very difficult. Lots of note taking. My hand got very sore after a couple of classes. You cannot miss a single class, everything is taken from his lectures. And, his lectures are the best!
