He is very rude and when I did go to her for help he was more like asking me questions instead of answering them, why would I be in her office if i knew the answer to the questions. she is a night mare on elm street on cruise, fails people on watch for minor mistakes he needs to relax and maybe people would do better on cruise and in the classroom.

I am glad I never have to sail with this women. She is sort of rude, unclear at times, and all around very contradictive about what she offers as far as 'help.' Most of the times I went to her 'room' to ask for help, she was not there. Get Mate Vecchio if you can..
