she's okay. i dont recommend taking her online class as her instructions on how to do an essay is subpar, she doesn't respond to her messages on canvas so youll have to hunter her down, just take the class on campus, its better and its probably easier and much less of a hassle.

Great teacher. Took her online class, was very pleased. Fast paced, be ready to read a lot in short periods of time. Work is fair. Essays are easy. Gives you questions to answer, basically giving her your own opinion about material read. Quizzes are difficult. Read and understand the material in order to pass. Takes late work. Easy grader.

She is funny and good teacher because she makes the class entertaining. She does not let you have your phone in class because she will use it to text someone an embarrassing text message. but other than that she is a great teacher. Wants you to participate and ask questions . She relates the events from before to today.

I'm currently taking her online History class. I will say you have to do the reading or else you will not know anything that comes up on the quiz. Essays are worth a lot. I skipped one and my grade dropped from an A to a C. Discussions are easy but in order to reply to classmates you have to read more (their responses) which are usually long.

This was one of the easiest classes I have taken at Hartnell! I took it online and it was a good experience. Don't slack, turn in your assignments on time, and read the material. She's not a tough grader.

I really enjoyed the teacher, but if you're looking for a history class where you just memorize a bunch of dates and names and then spit it out on a test to get an A and move on, this class isn't for you. The teacher makes you use your brain and relate the lessons from history. There's a bit of writing involved but she isn't harsh. Open your mind.

INSPIRING TEACHER. Probably the best teacher I've ever had. She makes you see history from the perspective of the people, not the powerful and elite. Oh, and it is super duper easy to get an A. Just do the work! I'm not sure why there are bad reviews on here. They're probably super conservative thinkers (like Trump) or really hate school.

Unclear teacher, easy class. It gets confusing because you get conflicting information on what is required. The layout of the class is nice though and easy to follow, just make sure to check and re-check instructions because they might change.

really good instructor she knows what she is talking about and explains the questions. try's to explains the confusion as much as she can. she is funny and she makes class go by fast. the books that she uses are amazing wont out it down.

This instructor hardly checks her emails, even though she encourages you to email with questions. She doesn't even reply personally, she'll just post a general post in an announcement on etudes. She is completely unorganized and simply rolls over her work from semester to semester. She does not offer thorough feedback or advice.

Very poor teacher. No student communication or feedback. Very biased opinions and lack of understanding for those who don't have a similar belief system. Left online messages twice, both times were inaccurate information which the students had to point out from the syllabus.

Although it was a hybrid class, it was difficult during the first few weeks of instructions such as discussions on etudes that happened to be so disorganized. This class was more of a joke if you ask me but if you want an easy class and don't mind be bored out of your mind then this class was meant for you.

She is the worst history teacher ever. Very liberal, but she does let you speak your mind. She has students talk in group instead of lectures and history in my opinion should be lectures, might as well take it online if this is the case. No test just outline/essays when I took it 1yr ago

Class is very easy.She thinks she gives a lot of work, but really its one assignment due every thursday. You only really have to show up on thursday to turn in your homework. Do all your work and you'll get an A. She cares more about if you followed directions on assignments rather than content.

Be aware that if you take this class online there is zero interaction with her. She doesn't comment in discussions or give you any feedback on any of your papers. I am not even convinced she read any of it. As long as you turn everything in you'll get an A.
