I loved her and I hate history. You can tell she loves history! Pay attention and take notes and you will do fine. She gives study guides and tests are straight from the powerpoints.

If you like the subject I recommend her but be prepared to work. She has 3 tests in her class that are HARD. You also have to read before every class because she has short reading quizzes. She teaches from power points and the course pack she makes. All in all she is an awesome teacher just be prepared you work and actually study

Love Dr. D! She was my favorite professor my first year. She is very helpful and super nice. Pay attention in class, and take good notes, and you'll do fine in her class. She gives quizzes every day, but they are easy if you read what is assigned. She also gives a lot of extra credit opportunities.

mrs. davis-doyle is one of my favorite teachers. i had her for wester civ 1 and 2. she expects way more out of you in western civ two. pay attention in class! She will work with you, if you will do your part.

NEVER I repeat NEVER take this class at 8 am. History isn't my best subject to begin with and taking this class at 8 am didn't help anything other than my napping. I however did like how she taught. She showed a clip from 300 once and from Monty Python. She's a great professor.

Dr. D is a wonderful teacher! She gives extra credit opportunities and is glad to help you when you need it. There are quizzes every class period on what you read, but they are easy if you do actually read. And you can use your notes on the quizzes. Her tests are somewhat difficult, but not that bad if you study. She's super nice! Take her! :)

She's an awesome teacher. Her lectures are always clear and easy to follow and her tests aren't bad if you study her class notes. Definitely read the textbook for her reading quizzes, but if you don't read and guess but still do well on the tests you'll at least make a B. She lets you drop 3 low quiz grades and she's also willing to help you out.

Hate History, love her. She wants you to pass and is there to help! There is long daily readings that come with a next-day 5 question quiz. There is extra credit with every quiz. Drops 3 lowest quiz grades. Test are tough and on her lectures-not readings! Don't talktextsleep! Makes class interesting. Recommend!!
