Mrs Flynn is very nice, but her class is very monotone. She reads off of slides the entire time. She is clear with her expectations, but her quizzes are all over the place. If you are ok with taking copious notes, and still teaching yourself outside of class then you might be ok in her class.

If you see this before you take her class drop her! She and very monotone reads off the slides and attendance is mandatory. On the up side I have gotten As without studying also she has you write a paper and would rather you print the websites you use than use MLA. Worst prof Ive ever had.

She does not expect you to know anything on the subject nutrition, if you add something that directly from the book that does not fit her teachings she will correct you in front of the class. Just hlaf I pass and it is over

She's dry and drags on and on about certain things. She teaches as if she's talking to pre-schoolers. Received an A but wouldn't take this class again if my life depended on it. Oh and if you skip more than 3 times you fail.

Worst teacher ever. I literally put in a total of about 40 minutes outside of class, and got more than the possible number of points. If you like an easy A, take her class. She hands out the class notes "fill in the blank" style. If you like to actually learn something in the classes you pay good money for, take another teacher.

Nutrition should be a relevant course within the curriculum. Althouth the material is clear in the textbook, I sadly report that this instructor dumbed down the material so much that it lacked clarity and quickly became monotonous as she plowed through canned PowerPoint's with an outdated and boring teaching style that screamed part time status.

Very boring...talks as if she is teaching elementary school. She was truly shocked that I knew about diabetes (hello, I'm a med student!). She actually asked if we knew what flashcards were and then proceeded to explain how to make them. Textbook is expensive and useless.

Loved the class. Teacher taught as we were elementary school kids, although she just wanted to be sure we understood. Nice to take a "easy" class after hard workload. She is monotone, but she knows her stuff. I would take her again.

She is the worst instructor I've ever had! She is monotone, treats everyone like children and like we're idiots. Sometimes, I think I feel dumber when I leave her class. Pretty much, I don't listen to her, I just read notes and the book, I learn more that way. If you listen to her, you'll be confused. I would NOT recommend her at all!
