Comment:

She's one of the best teachers I've ever had. We had no tests only papers and the final. She's really fair and takes into account what the students want. She doesn't give out many As but gives really good feedback and is available to meet. Overall a good teacher and nice lady; would like to take again.

Horrible teacher and horrible person. Had her as a tuesday thursday class and she would make us go in on wednesdays at night to watch movies. Didnt learn anything in her class and would strongly recommend to avoid at all costs.

God help you if you express conservative values in this class, as it will surely result in a B. Agree with her political views and you may fare better than I did.

Dr. Green is a great teacher! She doesn't grade papers or quizzes individually but rather bases your grade off your engagement and improvement throughout the class. As long as you show up and do the work you'll get a B, it's a little harder to get an A, but definitely possible!

She is not suited to teach college students. She is better off teaching high school. She is snide. Gives you great feedback and then gives you a low grade leaving you shocked. She is an old woman who is prejudice when she claims not to be. She thinks she is smarter than she really is. I do NOT recommend her.

She grades kinda randomly. A lot of B's and it didn't seem like there was a way to get an A sometimes. She would write good job but then put a B-on the paper. I liked how the papers were open ended and not analytical but don't expect an easy A because she doesn't give them out easily. Class got kinda boring sometimes.

Dr. Green is by far my favorite teacher at St. Joe's. She really takes an interest in you if you show her that you want to do well. Her classes are much more about growing as a person and developing your writing skills than getting an "A". Yes she does demand a lot, but I think she puts as much effort into the class as her students do.
