She was a brutal teacher who would lock the door right at the start of class. You have to wait till break before you can enter. Horribly tough grader as well.

Robin is so systematic, but because of that she is so clear on what is expected of you. She only tests on material in lecture -- seriously, after the first chapter you don't need the text book in this class. Go to her at some point before the exams to show her your work for the open-book portion -- she's very particular but will be very clear!

Cell phones out and away :) if you have taken her class you will laugh about that first part otherwose you will just be scratching your head. She is a tough teacher but a good one. This is a difficult class but she knows what she is teaching and is fair in the marks she gives.

Robin is a great professor it is because of her teaching methods, and how she approaches the class/content that I not only figured out stats but have confidence to finally beat it and get the grade I need. She is very patient and wants to see you understand the material; although I need to take stats for a third time I will only take it with Robin.

Overall a good teacher. She is definitely a ugh exam marker, but she's interesting and knowledgeable in class. I would recommend her if you want to learn, do not take this class if you are looking for an easy grade

Robin is hilarious. You will have a good laugh almost every class. She made stats fun (well, as fun as they can be lol). I can actually say I enjoyed her classes even though stats are hard. You have to know her definitions word for word for the exams. Many people dropped out or failed because they didn't attend class. If you miss class you'll fail.

She does an amazing job of telling you exactly what you need to know, and how to study for her tests. There's only 3 exams and nothing else for marks. She's an extremely effective teacher, but you also need to practice to get a good mark (in Psyc 110). Don't ever touch your phone in class, try to come in late, or talk during class. She's strict.

Dr. White is one of my favourite professors. I've taken 3 different psychology courses with her and each time I leave with having actually learned the material. She is funny and uses stories to explain material that can be otherwise boring. She can be tough but she is very intelligent and does everything to benefit her students learning.

There's a lot of tough reviews on Robin... I went into her class very fearful because of this and because I am awful at statistics/math. However, although I had to work hard and couldn't afford to slack in her class... she was straightforward, her notes were clear, and I got an A. Bonus- she is super funny! Did not expect that.

This was a horrible class, I dreaded every minute of it, the professor constantly told students they didn't have to understand the material, just regurgitate it. What a great learning model! Failed her class because my questions "could not be answered in class time", I was constantly confused. Took this course with a different prof and got an A-

Robin is my favourite professor at UFV and I've been there for 4 years now. I've taken three classes with her so far and she's been consistently great at teaching all of them! She makes sure everyone understands everything before moving on and gives brilliant examples for abstract concepts. To top it all off, every class is full of laughter.

Robin is so far my favourite professor at UFV. Stats is an overwhelming class, but if you put in a valid effort in Robin's class, there is no reason why you shouldn't do well. She is so clear about what she expects and extends a helping hand to anyone who asks.

Finally a Psych prof who uses what we know about learning and memory to the advantage of the students. She is very clear and goes at a pace that is not hard to follow. After she teaches a new concept she runs through an example. She assumes that you do not know anything about stats before the first class which I found very helpful!
