Comment:

Can be condescending at times and quite arrogant with students. Her test cover a lot material and you must write down the exact definition found in the textbook. Otherwise, if you dont you are wrong and will lose a lot of points. She gets very upset if you leave class to use the bathroom or even take out a water bottle. Quite ridiculous.

Comment:

Teaches like a 2 grade class. Takes points off for everything. Calls students out. You CAN NOT use the bathroom or eat in class. She will call you out. Slightly rude. Teaches the class okay if you can see past her personality. Wrote a book on the textbook.... it is a must. I would not take her class again.

She's a very nice person, but her class is extremely difficult. The exams are multiple choice and short answer. For the multiple choice, all the options could be correct. It's very confusing. Her classes are very boring, and and she has a huge problem with people going to the bathroom during lecture and using their laptops. She doesn't' allow comp.

Too much of a reliance on group projects, and would practically freak out at a student if they missed a class or even if they were a minute or two late. Test's weren't horrible, but covered an unnecessarily large amount of factual material. Don't take her if you can help it.

Like others have said, it will depend on you. She very clearly states what she wants from you. As long as you follow what she wants in assignment descriptions you'll be fine. Does treat grads a little too strict I think. Tests are easy, straightforward. Just don't get on her bad side.

Like another reviewer said - she plays favorites. It's maddening when a prof does that. She gives a lot of notes and exams are usually from those notes, rather than the text. In fact we hardly used the text in class-bit of a bummer since book was expensive.Participate a LOT for a good grade and learn her notes.Friendly and nice enough person.

Prof. Huser is fantastic. Her class isn't easy but if you read the book and do some basic studying you will do well on all tests. Assignments are not particularly challenging and you learn a lot from them. Come to class and pay attention. She put a ton of work into the course materials and they were really helpful.

While the class she teaches can prove to be quite dry and demanding, you have to realize that her thoroughness and nit-picking nature is what is to be expected of you when you graduate. Sure, the class isn't a walk in the park, but for a senior level capstone course, there is no reason it should be. Her tests are easy, just pay attention.

Very demanding teacher, but very intelligent and FULL of real-world experience that she uses in class. If you want to learn - take this class. It's certainly not dull since most of it is real-world stuff. I never had a marketing class and I enjoyed this one.

She is a very nice person and if you have trouble with the work she is more than happy to help you. She likes to meet one on one to clarify things for you. I would recommend you to take her because she's helpful and fun but just remember Marketing isn't easy.

This class was not that much work...realize it is a graduate level class. The class was fun and very informative. Almost impossible to get a bad grade if you even put in the slightest bit of effort. She is very friendly..doesn't hurt your grade to talk in class and take interest - she loves that stuff!
