She is a really nice lady, but a very hard grader and expects a lot out of you. She has a tendency to change her mind on assignments and what the final product should be, but does not let the class know about the changes. She is very knowledgable about the content, but has a tough time conveying that information to the class.

Easily the most difficult professor Ive had in my five years of college. I have more work in this class than my other four classes combined and that is not an exaggeration. I would never take her class again

Hard class to understand, but she gives review questions for test if you ask. 4 main projects. If you need help she will stay later to help you. Buy the text book you'll need it. Talks a little low but if you write notes and don't get distracted you'll be fine.

Terrible. Speaks very softly and you cannot ask her questions since she treats you like a little child. NU is credited for having great professors but rensel isnt one of them. Unless you're a complete master at MS office then you will have a hard time.

Do not take this class if you don't have to! I am surprised seeing comments about her being helpful because she is not! There is no professor, ever, give quiz as incredible as she does. Even you read the book really really thorough you still can't get them right. Worse part is, she will never tell you what's the right answer. Hated this class!!!

Quiet speaker. Any info on the projector is too small to read. She started teaching my class excell techniques and spreadsheets.. however everythng she had us do was NOT in the textbook. And she would base projects on the technology portion that is not in the text. So students have nothing to refer too.

Professor Rensel is not really fit teach graduate students. Her teaching style, including class lectures from PowerPoints is more akin to what you'd expect from a high school or undergraduate teacher. She loves to inundate her students with tons of homework, not realizing that most (if not all) graduate students work on a full time basis.

She is a really nice lady but she taught supply chain just like 390. She assumes you know everything about computers and starts 4 to 5 projects on top of each other. She will help you when you ask every time but just be ready to keep up or you'll fall behind really fast
