Honestly- wow. This class is horrendous. I'm constantly confused. MindTap is a nightmare. The questions are convoluted and the quizzes are graded using averages. I really hope her physical classes are better than this online one, because this was atrocious. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

I took Professor Tippet's honors 105, she was great! She was a little laid back but it was nice, a lot of papers but it was to be expected with an honors course. She was super nice and worked with you for things, I had her for a night class. I would totally take her again though.

Horrible teacher. I am a student who understands my capabilities, I pride myself on the work I produce to represent that. After spending hours of perfecting my work, I found myself constantly disappointed with my grade. My effort by the end significantly decreased because it didn't matter the quality of my work, she'll always find something wrong

I took her online course for Professional Communications and she barley responds to emails and basically calls you an idiot with feedback. She uses MindTap for homework so it grades you automatically and has the weirdest ending times for assignments. She isn't available to help and its like you dont even need a prof. to do this class. shes usueless

Seemed like a lot of busy work with not much learned. Confusing as to what was due when and how many attempts were available for each assignment. It was as if she/ the text and materials were trying to make common sense really complicated. If I could do it over, I would wait and take it once at Fisher.

I took Detective Fiction with Professor Tippett. She is clear about what is required for the course, she is very helpful, and is passionate about the material. She can be a tough grader, but she does reward effort. You will learn a lot and have fun along the way in her class. I would recommend her for any English course.

Great professor. Its evident she is passionate about the course material, and those who put forth the same effort/energy will berewarded. However it seems she's a little too tolerant of the slackers in my class, but I'm sure their grades will reflect their work ethic. Fun assignments and discussions. Overall an awesome lady, the class was a joy

Excellent professor. I took a literature class with her and she was very passionate and engaging. Her tests and assignments were very strait forward. I would highly recommend her if you need a Lit class.

I did well in her class, but I found her to be very unorganized. I only took a literature class with her, so there wasn't much writing we had to do, but when it came to written assignments the instructions were very loosely detailed, leaving everyone pretty confused. I would recommend her, she's just a little unclear.

Teacher does not teach the class. She expects the student's too, maybe because she does not know the material? She is a hard grader, but can not speak a sentence of English. She lacks common sense, and is not interesting. She doesn't go over material, or homework. Worst teacher I have ever had.

She is unorganized, doesn't listen well, lacks common sense. I don't feel comfortable with someone grading me who herself can not do the material taught.
