Just awful. Her lectures are pointless, all of her tests and quizzes (which there are a lot of) are all based off obscure things in the book, which she doesn't go over in class, what she does go over in class is pretty much pointless

Worst science class I ever had in my entire academic life. Her class has no structure and her lectures are worthless. Also, she gets angry when you ask a question and never willing to help. If you value your education, avoid her class at all cost.

Worst science teacher ever had!! Ive taken 4 bio classes before her class and honestly did't learn anything from her class. She reads from projector give very little explation and gets irritated in anyone asks questions. She graded our weekly quiz's incorrectly almost every week, difficult to communicate with.Shes too old to teach. Avoid if possible

The only work that factored into our grade was our final research paper. She never wanted to be at class and was a pointless instructor. It wasn't a difficult class; however, she is the most disorganized teacher. Her grading is ridiculous and she gives absolutely zero feedback.

Possibly the worst biology faculty at Chapman, second only to Prof. Hill. Her lectures have little depth, and yet she tests you largely on a small section in a chapter. Reading the text probably won't change your grade on quizzes much, don't bother. Not too difficult, but comes with a lot of frustration.

Unorganized/scattered lectures and gets angry when you ask questions. Uses weird wording on the quizzes/tests but the first part of tests are always reused quiz questions, so just study those and read the chapters she didn't quiz on.

Although her notes were unclear, the class wasn't too difficult. exams consisted of reused quiz questions (quizzes which you got to keep the questions to). As long as you read, show up, and pay attention, you shouldn't have too much of a problem.

boring but easy if you read the book and study. some of her notes are unorganized so i suggest taking your own notes from the textbook. reuses quiz questions!

The Bio labs all suck, but of all of them, Brownell is the easiest. We were the friday class, so she always let us out early. The only work you have to do is read the lab before the class and take the pre / post lab quizzes. They saved my bio grade.

Ok, so Science 100 does sound like an easy A class but it is quite difficult. First off, take the class Pass or No Pass and you will definitely pass. Suggestion bring your laptop to class to type the notes. She goes way fast and doesnt slow down one bit.

She is a very nice lady, but not fit to be teaching. She doesn't understand that ppl in the class are here for a GE only. Reading and paying attention won't help, you really must have previous knowledge of the subjects. Even when I went to her office hours, she wasn't able to help. She just repeats what the book says and can't explain things at all

Worst class I have ever taken at Chapman. First day of class she said it would be an easy class...well...she definitely lied. She even told the class that the grade she would give out most would be a C. She is not only an EXTREMELY difficult teacher but a HORRIBLE one as well. Do NOT take this class.

Good class to take if you aren't interested in Science and just want the GE Credit. Easy A. Don't take if you're actually interested, she don't do a good job of explaining things, she just teaches from a powerpoint that came with the book. She does let you know what will be on the quizzes, and the test questions are the same as the quiz questions.

boring class, but all SCI-100 are bad. really easy tests, she reuses questions from your quizzes on the exams so if you just look over your quizzes and remember what you got wrong, you'll ace the exams, including the final.

I've had her for all three different subjects, and she's great! She goes on a tangent sometimes, but if you ask her what to study for the exam, she'll flat out tell you what's on it. She's definitely an easy A, but you still have to know the material. The best is that she tells you what to study.

Part 2. I sat next to someone who cheated on an exam. Had the book open on the ground and she caught it but believed his denial that he didn't know it was open. The worst class I have ever taken at CU. Those looking for easy A stay away. Horrible lectures & poor direction. Avoid at any cost!

Part 1. One of those classes that's easy if you stay awake and inexplicably hard if you don't. Coma-inducing lectures and notes not even related to exams. She told me the final wasn't cumulative and it was.

I couldn't stand the woman. She never knew what was going on, she changed the syllabus several times becuase of what other science teachers were doing, and didn't give much warning when she changed the dates of tests.
