Comment:

Only two assignments that took maybe 2 hours of my time. She gives lots of extra credit for little things like putting the date on the attendance sheet (even though you won't really need it). Her quizzes are pass fail and only require you to get half of them correct (and at least 3 of the questions are usually opinion). Definitely take her classes.

Dr. Anna is an absolute sweetheart. Honestly, ENGL 230 was a more thought provoking class rather than strictly learning about different shots, camera angles, etc. If you get less than a B in this class then you really need to reevaluate why you're at school. She has openly said that out of 45 kids, she could give 45 A's and WVU wouldn't blink twice

What can be said about Professor Elfenbein? Honestly I'm half sure she actually is an elf-no human could be so totally perfect! Genuinely cares about her students and learning her students' opinions! Discussion is not required to get a good grade, but she leads them with such enthusiasm you'll want to! Taking a class of hers is a must! Wonderful!!

Anna is so sweet and caring; I dont know how anyone couldn't love her. She will every few weeks bring in food for the class to eat. But, we are required to do a few small readings a week and in total we were supposed to have read 3 novels. You can easily spark notes everything because the tests are all take home essays. You also get tons of EC.

Anna is probably the most genuine human being I've had the pleasure of meeting. She loves her job and you can tell. She knows her stuff but welcomes new knowledge and opinions with open arms. Really goes above and beyond to accommodate all the students in the class the best she can. 10/10 recommend taking one of her classes.

Very easy A (take home passfail quizzes and midterm, option of a non graded final). She is hilarious and gives out extra credit for everything! She brings snacks to almost every class and even got us pizza. She learned all of our names the first week. Very easy A with a truly kind, generous, funny, and inspirational professor!

If I could give one piece of advice to someone at WVU, it's take a class taught by Anna. She is the sweetest and most caring professor at the university. Though she has an 'attendance policy' if you email her and tell her you're not coming she won't hold it against you. Class is an easy A for sure. You would have to work to get a bad grade.
