Not student friendly. Has not been empathetic or shown any type of understanding when it comes to dealing with student questions and concerns. Assignments are out of control and her grading is very strange and inconsistent. Something she praises you for during one week, she will take points off for the next week.

ANT-101 (online). In class videos -(35 min to 1hr.), had to go through 4, sometimes five websites to find the video wasted way too much time on that. Material not presented clearly. Would not recommend.

She's a example of a teaching professional that lacks teaching skills. I have received A's throughout my college education. This is the very first time I've ever got a C in a class. The professor does not adhere to consistent grading criteria, does not give clear explanations of the work to be done, and is unwilling to correspond with students.

If you have all the time in the world to do her homework then this class is for you, but unlike 90% of everyone else who has jobs and other classes to take along with the daily life things to do. I highly recommend you not take her classes. I can handle doing homework but the amount she gives is as if you have nothing other to do than her work.

This professor is by far the worst one I have ever had. As an educator she does not seem to find interest in teaching all she does is grade your work with a you should have .. well she should be specific !!!! Lots of readings and videos to watch .. the amount of work is not the problem, her grading is terrible and she does not communicate clearly

She is an OK professor. I would NOT recommend to anyone who is taking 4 classes already in school to take her as an online instructor for a 5th class. She gives a lot of readings and expects a 3-5 page paper weekly. She is not clear on what she wants for the weekly assignments until she returns your paper with a low grade saying "you should of.."

This professor is on top of her game. She gets things graded and posted very quickly and gives feedback on every assignment. Generally there is a paper due every weekend , usually 3-5 pages long, that is based on a reading as well as a discussion post (you must respond to a classmate). There's a midterm paper and a final paper.

Had her for ANT 210 online. She gives really awesome material to read, its just A LOT. 2-5 hours a week depending on the week. She gave me a couple of really low grades (did everything the prompts asked, so idk why) and I emailed her asking her why (3 times) and she never got back to me once. Lost all respect for her after that.

I LOVED this professor. I took her for two online classes & I thought the classes were great. She is very helpful if you ask her questions, she'll always respond in a timely manner. I asked her so many questions for my research paper and for some of the homework and she cleared up all my doubts. Its a lot of work but she's very knowledgeable.

This professor does not care about her students and will not help you at least not when you're in her online class, so if you have no other choices I suggest to take her in class. You will most likely not get an A even if you do all the work because the directions are not clear and she takes off points for everything. 3-5 pages a week. Do not take.

Very interesting class. Online class so participation was doing papers very week 2-5 pages depending. Also had to participate in discussion boards. ALL work must be done on time. Class was a bit difficult at times maybe because the topics were a bit hard. Overall do your work and you should pass with an easy grade

It was a lot of work but you can manage to get an A. The readings are so interesting to read and I hate reading. Her exams are easy. Just take notes for the reading because you need them for the midterm and final. She gives a week for like homework.

This class will be Okay for you if you do all the work. For an online class I usually don't do that much work but her class is twice the work. Only take her if you need to and have no other choice. Has 2-3 assignments due every week on the same day. Then a final paper and midterm. Just got to do what she asks and will get a good grade

IGNORE ALL BAD REVIEWS. I took two of her online classes and will continue to take her. She is VERY clear and gives a fair amount of work for online, with a full WEEK to do it. Anyone who complains Is lazy or doesn't belong in online. She's easy and interesting! Welcome to college, people. Watching one documentary a week is not "a lot of work".

It was an online class. The professor was very nice and cared about students having a conversation through blackboard. She gives extra credit which a plus. She is not complicated like others but reading is very serious. Her online quizzes are based off of the readings. So make sure you read. Be prepare for that. Overall class was interesting.

the main thing i got out of it is avoid this teacher. unless you are staying home and only taking this one class its not easy to keep up. readings will be a 40 page minimum (dry, dont make sense mostly) and occasionally videos will be required, hour long if not longer. expect DQ plus 3-5pg papers every week 11pt font. do not take for elective

She gives a lot of work in her online course but you have until Sunday to complete it. She gives some feedback. Textbook, book, and DVD are a must in her in class if you want to pass.

Most organized professor I've ever had. She gives a lot a work but she gives you a week to complete (for the online class.) Midterm & final is open book and online. Text book is required & comes with dvd. Use the one in the library to save money. There is a short book to read as well. 1 discussion board post & response + DVD assignment a week.
