Dr. Fischman is a really great guy. He is passionate about his subject and is willing to help his students. His class is really boring seeing as he reads from the slides. Tests are very straight forward and require minimal study time. Even though you register for a lab, there is no lab. I recommend this class.

I love Dr. Fischman! He is very chill and very interesting to listen to. His class was my favorite I've ever taken at Auburn. Tests are STRAIGHT from the powerpoints. I made 99.5 on all of them. The written "labs" are annoying but you should make 5/5 on all of them. He's a fantastic teacher, very easy, and a very nice guy. Take him!

Attendance is not mandatory but he will ONLY write you a letter of recommendation if you have good attendance. He's my favorite teacher this semester, his power points are very straight forward and his tests come straight from them. He has a good personality, has made me laugh in class on more than one occasion. Take him!!

He is by far my favorite professor at the University! He wrote me a great recommendation for Graduate School and he is so easy to talk to! If you have any questions you can visit him in his office. I HIGHLY recommend taking him!

Attendance is mandatory if you will need him to write a recommendation later for grad school. For the tests, he gives powerpoints..just study those for the tests. Also, you have to answer 15 study questions for the test and bring them on test day. Each test has 70 questions..review the powerpoints and study questions and you'll do awesome.

This professor is a complete A$$ hole! If you do ANYTHING that may possibly offend him, DON'T!! He will use it against you! I am not the only one he has tried to fail because of disapproval of how stupid his research is--other's have simply left phone on and he failed the guy for that test. Study hard and don't piss him off!

Dr. Fischman's class can be great if everyone gets into it. His class this fall was a lot of fun because he and the students interacted. Some of the lectures do get boring, but really put the effort in and the class isn't as bad as everyone thinks. Study the slides and you can make an A.

The man is so boring. Be aware that the research tests are fill in the blank and quite hard if you don't know the material backwards and forwards. It may seem simple, but he will ask you to know it all and be able to list anything. Study and you'll be fine.

This guy is the definition of boring professor. All of the notes are posted on power point so that makes note taking easier since he talkes the entire class about nothing. One of few teachers that takes daily attendance. Treats class as if you are still in high school. Only helpful if ur a suck up.

This is by far the most awful class ever. I have never been so bored. It is the longest class ever (2.5 hours) nobody should be subjected to that torture. The material covered should be done in 45 minutes, but he drags it out to use EVERY LAST MINUTE. I have not learned anything, only suffered.

He is a bit rediculous in his expectations. He grades only half on knowledge, the other half on being able to follow formats such as APA, and this is not a Psych class *can't use MLA or others*, and attendance. Neither have much to do with knowledge.
