I don't know why they have professors like this at this school. She's arrogant for no reason. You teach a class called Film... At the University of the SCIENCES. Exams are pretty easy and straightforward. Gives you a hundred on annotated bibliography if you follow directions. Give you random grades on papers with no clear explanation.

I love A Flanagan! For Film there are 2 papers, 2 exams and an annotated bibliography. Just watch movies and take some notes while she discuss them. Exams are bibliography she grades very easily, and they are just like the back exams. For papers she grades fair too. Overall, the grades work out so its pretty easy to get an A, its a fun class!

Only grades you get are 2 exams, a paper, and a small presentations so there isn't much room if you do bad somewhere. It's an easy enough class (all you do is read, take notes, discuss, watch movies) but the content is pretty boring and tough to keep your attention. Definitely need to take notes on all reading discussions for her exams

For PDO she's actually pretty easy, if you have back exams it should be an easy A especially if you take notes in her class.. 2 written exams, a group presentation, and a final paper. Share the textbook among friends, I never read the readings. She won't bother learning your name but she seems like a relatively nice person.

She assigns difficult and time consuming assignments right at peak times of the semester when students are busy with REAL classes, such as biochemistry, microbiology, orgo, etc. Its a science school with a rigorous course load, stop assigning 10 page research papers due in the beginning of finals week when we're trying to study. avoid her.

First thing first: lots of movies! Dont be afraid to take PDo with her. Everyone got an A on the final (presentation and opinion SHORT ESSAY). Shes very helpful and considerate. NO PAPERS!!! She LOVES to hear different and conflicting opinions during discussions. If you read the book, watch the movies, and talk in discussions veryyyyyy easy A+
