Professor Mobilia was a terrible teacher. All of her assignments were due by 9pm and I usually go off work by 11. She has absolutely no respect for students and their other obligations. There is no leeway on anything. Absolutely would never take her again.

I loved this teacher !!! Super funny and caring . She really cares about her students and tries her best to be entertaining during lectures . Overall she is a cute ass punky little squirt!!!

Mobilia is one of my favorite professors I have ever had. She expects her students to do well and show that they earned their grade. She never hands out pop quizzes, everything is clearly outlined on syllabus and repeated in class. Super fair grader, very resourceful, and one of the most respectable professors I've ever had.

LOVED THIS CLASS!!! Teacher is funny and a little quirky, but you will defintly not fall asleep during her lectures, but you gotta go to class. There's extra credit if you need it, but she let's you use cheat sheets on quizzes and even on the final exam

Took this class for GE so I did not know what to expect, but glad I chose this one! Definitely study for the tests, but if you need it there is lots of extra credit. Prof. very helpful and was available online and during office hours.

Professor Mobilia is one of the best teachers Ive had. She always helped me when I went to her office hours and went over the material. She had a bunch of extra credit which was really simple and her lectures were interesting and easy to comprehend.I dont know why she is getting hate because she is helpful and caring and her workload isnt bad.

I had her twice for Anth 100 and 135. She was clear from the very beginning about what she was expecting from us and passed out a syllabus with everything we needed to know. She was always available and a fair grader. There is another rate my prof page about her spelt Ann-Marie Mobilia. This page just has her negative reviews, not the positive.

3 tags above is not enough to describe how ridiculous this professor is. Every single professor Ive ever had was very accommodating if things came up. You can forget about that with this professor. Unaccomadating is a huge understatement. Needless to say Im forced to contact the department head because of perceived targeting among other things.

Theres a lot of pop quizzes and the tests are very difficult. The study guides dont do much, either. I really struggled in this class. The final is optional if you have a C or higher and I had a 69.97 and she refused to round it up. Luckily I passed the final, it was super hard. A collection of all the tests. I do not recommend this teacher.

If you are planning to take others classes do not take any classes with this Professor. Her class is so difficult and so much stuff to read every week. I think it is very difficult to take this class and be able to go to other classes. I was extremely overwhelmed while taking this class.

Professor Mobilia was one of my favorite teachers! She is very enthusiastic and cares about her students' success. She is available outside of office hours. She gives a ton of extra credit and her tests come from her study guide. The zoo experience is quite fascinating and I loved it. Only thing is she is strict with deadlines so be on your toes.

LOTS OF READING, don't miss class. only recommend taking with her if you want to study anthropology as your major, not if you just need it for transfer.. gives quizzes every week, you miss more than 2 questions on each one and say bye to your grade. tests are multiple choice but have almost identical answer options.. sometimes seems like a trick.

The class is a great class and I think everyone should take it. just not with this teacher. The workload is that of a 500 lvl class. There is WAY to much reading. You read so much that when it comes down to the quizzes and tests (which are timed) you have already forgot 90% of what you read. PICK THIS PROF ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE AN ANTHROPOLOGIST.

Great class, really well organized with clear expectations. It's not an easy A so be prepared to do the assignments but there are a few good extra credit opportunities and the class is worth your time to take with this professor. For an online class it felt very inclusive.

She enjoys teaching the class but her lectures never end. Lots of articles have to be read, but the quizzes are usually 10 questions so if you get more than 4 wrong you just failed a quiz. She does include videos which are good for those who have a different style of learning. All in all shes a good teacher but not for everyone.

Go to class, take notes, test come straight from notes. Easy extra credit - watch a documentary and write a paragraph. Visit her office she is there to help. Seems intimidating but it is a front! If u show min interest in her class u will pass. But go to class 4 sure! Raise ur hand, ask questions. One big last project very easy, has samples 4 it.
