Prof Gioio is just an overall great guy, I just love him! He does want you to do good and understand the material and he really has a lot of patience. This doesn't mean you dont have to try hard because it's a challenging course, but I wish all profs were like him. I would DEFINITELY recommend him,(esp if you prefer calm classroom style).

HE IS ONE OF THE BEST INSTRUCTORS AT MC! He drops several of your lowest quiz grades, gives extra credit, and drops your lowest exam grade. In addition, he is a great help during labs. You have to study a lot to do well in Anatomy/Physiology - but, compared to other BI-204/BI-205 instructors, he is the best in terms of his attitude, etc. TAKE HIM!

I don't know what that guy is talking about below...yeah he has a monotone voice but so what?? He drops quizzes, tells you what exactly to study in the book for the exams, and is extremely helpful and polite to students.
