Old school learning at it's best! Some things we hear/use/eat, you never know the background, but here, you learn it! Dr. D. is very helpful and caring, and will do anything (ie demos,xtra explanations, etc.) to help you learn. He is very knowledgeable about all his subjects, and has published a slew of articles, too! Great guy!!

Comment:

Great teacher who is passionate about his work however he has a difficulty hearing so you have to shout. Covers quite a bit of material but test questions are very broad and general. It's more like a common sense test than anything really. Highly Recommended.

well he doesnt have students make questions up cuz sumbody actually complained to him about it. but his test was very straightforward, notes are from students doin presentation so make sure they give pretty good notes. he has mandatory last 10 questions which are based off of food demos. we get to try food each week. overall, it was pretty good.
