Nice lady, always willing to talk, and has a variety of interests beyond boring stuff like transitive verbs or gerunds or whatever. Still, hated the grammar tests. Positively wretched. The papers were always pretty cool because you got to choose the subject. If you can't write three dinky little papers, you might as well just go home.

This was the worst class/professor I have ever had in my life. I totally agree with everything the last negative comment said about her too. Unless you're conservative, or you're willing to hide your personality, don't take her classes.

Mrs. Crawford had done a fabulous job in the writing center and her help has been greatly appreciated. I really wish I could have had Mrs. Crawford as a teacher because she is very committed and really knows her stuff. She is an awesome person too!

She is very committed to teaching and a wonderful person. I was really amazed and impressed with her content knowledge as well as her love of teaching. If you really want to learn, take her class. If you want an easy A, take another prof.

Sometimes her assignments were overly long and repetitive, and sometimes it was unclear what she expected. But she knows her stuff and is willing to help you whenever you need it, and is flexible - she let me rewrite a paper when I got the topic wrong.
