He's a wannabe IUB professor that thinks his class is the only thing that matters. I have a GPA that is above a 3.7 and am willing to work hard for a class, but the fact that I am struggling to get a B in this online class is absolutely ridiculous. Don't take econ with this guy, this was a waste of a class for me.

Srini was a good professor. He is very knowledgeable about stats and will help in any way he can. I took a Hybrid, summer session so things sped along pretty quickly. Basically if you just watch his lecture videos before class, you'll be very well prepared after his in class notes.

Come to class and pay attention and you will do fine. Great guy and absolutely loved his class. If you want to learn Economics, take Dr. Srini. He does have broken English but after the first week of class you'll learn to understand him. Great guy and great professor. I would recommend him to anyone.

Terrible instructor. Very unclear about what will be expected of you. Does not want to answer questions. Grades too hard on tests and homework. Can barely understand him in class, and he makes hateful remarks about people's appearances. He also seems to not like americans.

Nowws Statistics, but does not teach ell. His English is poor, both written and spoken, which creates real problems both in class and on the wording of the test questions. He is very strict about answers. He does seem fair and treats all alike. You can get a good grade, but it is more difficult than it should be for this subject matter.

This class is very difficult. I felt like my life revolved around this course. Much to difficult for a 200 level class. I did learn a lot though and he does care about your success. Exams are very difficult. I studied for days and failed one of his exams. He was fair about it though. Most of his class dropped. Read chapters and never miss class!

Dr. Srini is an amazing teacher and he really cares about this subject. He expects his students to succeed and to put in the work. Dr. Srini taught both my E150 and E200 classes - I wish I could take all of my business classes from him! He explains concepts very clearly and uses great, real-life examples. Dr. Srini is very good about involving all of the students, and he's very willing to meet with you outside of class. Take a class (or several) from him if you possibly can!

I know several students have difficulty but once you get past the language barrior he is an awesome teacher. However, he expects a lot.He knows his business and much can be learned from this man. My personal opinion is that he is the best Econ teacher at IUS and is very fair with all students and makes time for them if needed.

kIND OF HARD TO UNDERSTAND AT TIMES, BUT AN EXCELLENT TEACHER. WILL WORK WITH YOUR SCHEDULE (WORK AND SCHOOL) TO GIVE YOU ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS. MOST PROFESSORS ON THIS CAMPUS WANT YOU TO WORK WITH THEIR SCHEDULE--HARD TO DO WHEN YOU WORK 40+ HOURS A WEEK AND GO TO SCHOOL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO THE SERIOUS STUDENT.

Contrary to other comments, Dr. Srini is an excellent prof. Granted, the class is difficult-you can't skip class. But Dr. Srini loves his students and really wants them to succeed. He LOVES it when you come to his office and ask for help. I'm trying to take him for other classes in my major. Take notes and write down examples! His english is good.

Once you get use to his English you're set. His test are very long but he makes them easy to study for if you take good notes. He can be very testy and gets annoyed with students who have trouble in the class. But i have to say, i loved the structure of his class.

Srini is a good teacher. He does not fall for a lot of the tricks the students try. He has rules and he sticks to them no matter who you are or how cute you are! If you come to class and take notes, you will pass with flying colors.

Unquestionably the worst professor I've ever had. His English (both written and spoken) is broken, which proves problematic when he tries to write a test. He is incredibly picky about answers, and expects you to read his mind. Very subjective grading. I have a mind to go to the dean and ask for his removal. DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!!
