All Larson does is lecture, I honestly feel like I wasted a whole term of college on her boring lectures. All you do is sit and take notes the whole class time.

Worst professor I have ever had. Every lecture is a gigantic ramble. The only thing that keeps you from falling asleep in her class is the amount of confusion her lectures cause. She uses big words to make herself feel smarter and loves to hear the sound of her own voice. Learned nothing about nutrition.

Worst teacher I have ever had! Larson puts forth no effort in her class. she just sits at the computer and writes out her notes. Not engaging throws a fit if you ask a question gets frustrated if you do not understand her answer. the whole class bombed the first test. She refused to help us understand then told us it was our fault for failing....
