Made an A in the class without the book. You just have to show up to every lecture and take good notes.He pretty covers everything that will be on the exams. There are 3 exams and a final that had only 50 questions. All of which were exact questions from the other 3 exams. He gives homework but its not too hard and you often go over it in class.

Great teacher! He is cheerful and makes class enjoyable and very informative. Huskey's classes are great to broaden your perspective of economics beyond strict economic theory and hard data & math and into a more worldly view of economics, our history and its economics, and the world around us.

He loves what he does, I took econ online and miserably failed. Took his class and got an A on each exam. He test on his lectures, so DON'T SKIP. And he gives homework, and sometimes even gives the answers at the same time. He uses the book. Use notecards for exams to remember all of the new vocabulary that he is big on. It's a doable class.

Comment:

Dr. Husky made macroeconomics fun and interesting. Although it was not mandatory to attend class, his style of lecturing made it worthwhile. Also the classwork points help to make up for some of the difficulty in his test. Really appreciated his drive to teach!

He is funny and incorporates a lot of humor into his lectures. I took his 625 class and both tests were take home which is awesome. Homework was easy as they were marked as complete and given full points every week. I recommend taking his class.

Fantastic teacher. I usually hate history but he made it very interesting. The class is on the history of economics. If you go to class and read the book, you will do well. Going to class is key. Most of the test questions are from his lectures and supplemental readings. I'd like to take every class he teaches. He is very funny.
