This guy is the best sociology teacher at Mt. SAc. He knows his stuff and you learn a lot from him. The class isn't easy, but he makes it easy because he covers everything through his lectures. Very interactive.

Austin is an AWESOME sociology professor.. probably the BEST out of the BEST. I never felt the class was boring or useless.. it's a pretty difficult class but manageable and is well worth my time!

Austin is great. Probably the best class i've taken so far. He is down to earth, clear, presents very interesting cases and his power point slides make it easy to take notes. I learned an inmense amount of new and real life things. You must read a lot and take the class seriously but he is at the top of my list.

Im is awesome! He is very thorough and brings many perspectives to Sociology. He considers both trains of thought and considers all opinons in class. His youth adds a real perspective to how the material will apply to our lives after the class. If you can, take hime for 1&20. Very funny as well.

I reccomend Prof. Im! I got an A in his class. I usually got Cs/Bs on the tests, but doing the extra credit papers really boosted my grade. The final was pretty easy too, it was just like another test. It wasn't cummulative for the final.

if you want to walk away feeling like you really learned something, take his class. My hand still hurts from all the notes, but well worth it. Study for tests and read. He uses all the time he can get in the class, rarely leaves early. recommended

If you like to write notes all class long, he's the guy. Prof Im is extreamly helpful and friendly, exams are a bit difficult, he could learn to lecture more out of book since we did spring some good cash for it. Should quit saying "so on and so for

Very hard sociology teacher. However, he is every helpful and articulate. He teaches like a normal professor - lecture style. Not much homework but tests are hard.
