Barb Elliot is who I want to be when I grow up. I had her for a bunch of classes and met with her several times outside of class. She is so full of passion and life that she could be telling you about bugs a normal person wouldnt care about but suddenly you are more interested in benthic macroinverts than anything else.

She's great. Even though she was not my usually professor, she came in an replaced a few professors when they couldn't show up for lectures. She's animated, and keeps your attention. She makes you believe whatever she's teaching is as important as 2nd coming of Christ, even though sometimes it isn't, but it helps you remember it for sure.
