Professor Bendl is very picky on her exams and takes off points for minimal errors, which can significantly drop your grade. I went to see her almost every week in her office hours, but I would not recommend taking her, I barely passed with a D.

Infinity the easiest MD classes out there, I took her class and got a 99. Its just 5 short papers (no longer than a page) that if you show her before hand she will give you a 100, one midterm (straight off the back exams) and one presentation that she gives everyone A's for just putting in a little effort. Easy A with minimal work. Take bendl

Warning!! She has gotten really hard for infinity. The average on our last paper was a 69. Take Robinson instead he's a lot easier. Avoid her! Single handed my ruined my 4.0

I didn't hand in a project because I didn't understand it and she met with me to make sure I understood it and didn't mark me late. She is really cool and I would definitely take her again. Tests could be a bit hard but just study. Never used the textbook because she posts so many problems.

Good teacher and everything ends up on the exams. Practice problems are posted online with answers and no nightly hw other than 2 projects. Overall she is fair, but on the exams she takes off a lot of points for non-math errors. I have never tried to meet her outside of class but my friends say she isn't helpful or nice outside of class.

Very unorganized when it comes to grading. Switch professors while you can because you do not want to deal with her. Quizzes and tests are barely relevant to any problems done in class or practice problems online. Terrible experience overall

I took calc b4 so I had experience. She's understandable & explicit (so make sure the way you answer test questions are likewise). The exams, quizzes & 2mandatory HWs are easy. I never used the textbook cause she provides worksheets n study guides online. The 2matlabs were annoying (prepare to group up) & attendance is mandatory. Good Luck!

She's a really strict grader. Takes points off for stupid mistakes. However, she's very organized with her lessons and she gives out lengthy but helpful review sheets with worked out answer keys. Just about every type of question on an exam was on the review sheet. Did not use the TB even once and ended with a 97.

The class is not impossible. Especially if you've had calc in HS. She is extremely understanding and willing to work with you during office hours. Sometimes not enough time for the exams, but you always know up front what's on them; no surprises and prepares you well. Not completely necessary to do the hw from the text.

Had her for both semesters; I really liked her. She is extremely helpful and will meet with you before, after class or by appointment. If you pay attention in class, take good notes, and do all of the hw/reviews you'll get an A.

DO NOT TAKE HER! She used to be easy but she clearly isn't anymore. Her tests are completely different from her class probelms, hw problems, and review sheets. She thinks you're supposed to know everything on the day of the test. SWITCH OUT . take kimchuck or reimers.

Her infinity class is def. an easy A but is still a lot of work. A mid term, three 2 page papers and a 6-8 page paper. Not the worst IH but certainly not the best!
