I've had to take this elementary class due to my prior credit not transferring over. I would have to say that, for an easier class, Mrs. Cameron made it a bit more difficult. She seemed to grade away from the syllabus/grading criteria and often left short-handed feedback without specifics on her own grading criteria for an assignment.

Does not like specific words in papers, does not grade by the rubric, does not follow up with emails, very difficult to get clear answers (say's "read the notifications" but there is no info in the notifications). The class is cookie cutter. The professor does not care about the students and makes it clear. I took this class while deployed.

Does not follow the syllabus when grading assignments. I think that she gave me a bad grade for questioning her grading. If she does not like you then she will grade you more harsh. I do not recommend taking this class, I passed with a B.

I cannot believe all these people are giving her good ratings! She is out there in her own world and is many cards short of a full deck. Don't worry about writing ability, she grades on whether she likes you or not!! Be prepared to hear about Winn Dixie and the Daytona Beach News Journal EVERYDAY! I received an A, but I WOULD NOT recommend her!

Easy teacher, had class on MWF from 4:45-5:45pm so she knew that no one wanted to be there and she did not either, so we got out of class early almost everyday, and we had a lot of "independant study day" or days when class was cancelled. Anywho, easy teacher, nice, boring at times, but I would most definately take her again!

A little ditzy. But a great teacher. She encorporates a lot of small wirting assigments as opposed to giant term papers. Ive learned alot of stuff and broadend my views on some things. She is a little one sided, but who isnt. Id take a class with her again. You wont be in pain with this teacher.

Bit ditzy. The other comments are pretty accurate. Lot of writing, but generally easy stuff. Just get it done early. Take this class for your GPA, not if you want to learn about writing.
