Very nice and friendly, like a hippie great aunt. She is always positive and will come up and talk to you during class almost everyday. This is the second class I've had with her and I plan on taking at least four more. I suggest sharing a textbook among a group of people, because she wants you to have it, but you rarely, if ever use it.

barbara is actually my least favorite teacher at kutztown. i have never had a teacher make me feel like she has. i am obvoiusly not one of her favorites and for some reason am being punished for it. i do my work on time and am experimental with ideas and still treated like crap. dont take her!!!!!!!

Barbara is an amazing talented artist whom is always willing to spark students' intellect. She is a bit confusing sometimes but very willing to accept various ideas, and themes... Key is to work hard, and explore possiblitites..

This crazy hose beast told me she didn't want "people like me" in her classes. What that means, i don't know. offending students is just one of her problems as a professor. unfortunately craft majors can't avoid taking her classes. sux.

Barbara is a fair and helpful teacher who expects students to show up to class and work hard. Does not play favorites but she does have more respect for those who make it to 8am class and actually work outside of class. She's excited about her field.
