This man is the nicest professor ever! I have never met a prof who cared so much about his students. And his exam are NOT hard so long as you study the material well. Cancer is not easy to understand. He does his best to explain it! I'm glad I took the class before he retired!

Comment:

Prof. Mukherjee is one of the most amicable, approachable, caring profs I have ever met. He teaches the material in a clear, easy-to-understand manner (& even repeats important information over several lectures). A science prof that actually listens to and cares about his students? VERY RARE AT MCGILL(I speak from experience)!

His exams aren't bad, but he makes me fall asleep. His teaching style is boring, and sometimes can be unclear if you don't already know this stuff, but the exams aren't bad so that makes up for it.

SO bad! I cannot express how confusing this guy is. If you don't already know exactly what cancer is and what causes it this class will be very confusing. he is absolutely unintelligable. when you ask a question he has no idea what you are trying to say and he'll answer a different question. he makes an interesting topic terribly boring. RUN FAST!

straight forward because he wants you to learn, not trip you up and "get a good grade distribution" like some other profs. humble, intelligent and patient. he's an emeritus professor who takes the time of day to teach us.

Handouts are amazing - accent can be confusing in class but see him after and he'll explain everything 50 times if you need it. VERY helpful.
