He has a TA that basically is the professor and handles all the grading for him and logistics so get on his good side. Tricky class with the most hardcore attendance policy ever. Do well on the tests or you are not going to succeed in this class. Barry is a cool guy if you get to know him.

going to class is mandatory, the tests are the only grades besides attendance which after 1 absence he knocks 4% off your final class grade. The tests are tricky and there is a lot of material, however he gives you exam cuts to look at which he pulls questions from.

GO TO CLASS! Literally the most brutal attendance policy I have ever seen. Other than that, he's an awesome guy. Can be boring, but he puts so much effort into each lecture. You won't have many teachers that clearly love to teach like he does. Show up to class and study exam cuts and you'll get an A.

He tries to keep his lectures lively, and provides a lot of cases and videos to help you understand the material. Only three tests, but they are all worth 30 % of your grades. As long as you study the exam cuts before each test, you should have no problem with the class.

I took Professor Baysinger's capstone course for my BBA degree many years ago (1998). I believe I learned more about business in that class than all my other business classes combined. Great teacher.

Like his other class, MGMT 701, Baysinger bases your entire grade on two papers. As long as you stick exactly to what he's taught, it will be tough to get a grade lower than B+.

The best instructor. He has just 2 group projects, each worth 50% of your final grade. He plays several videos every class to help illustrate his point. Take his class, you wont regret it. Great guy too.

No textbook. Stresses on grading based on how much you learn from his class and not what you might already know about. Accordingly gives clear direction to do the 2 projects which are sole basis for your grade. If you are attentive in class, the course will be a breeze

This professor is an unreasonably unfair dastard. Of all the classes I will remember throughout my life, I will always look back at Baysinger's class with unparalleled hatred. Avoid this at all costs. If I could give Baysinger a rating worse that zero, I would do so enthusiastically.

He makes this class unnecessarily hard -- he leaves the concepts very vague but expects very precise answers on the tests. He does expect "mind-reading" on his essays -- you must know what he wants to hear, which can be hard.
