Class was super interesting and learned a lot about ethics. He's a good lecturer with an interesting history and personality. However I rated the difficulty so high because the exams are hot garbage. Super detail oriented and often confusingly worded. GPA Savers BEWARE Stay away for that reason alone.

Dr. Gan is probably one of my favorite professors while he may give a lot of grammar quizzes. He makes sure that you know exactly what is going to happen in the class before it's due. He also really wants you to do well in the class.

Hypocritical and narrow minded. He's dull, and boring with little to no knowledge of anything outside his narrow field. He doesn't support any viewpoint that isn't his own. His classes do not provoke you to think at all, instead it's a brainwashing exercise.

Excellent Prof. He is very clear and knows the material extremely well. He is very biased towards nonviolence but is still willing to hear your argument and present a counter argument in a professional way. Also, very interesting class, I learned a lot. Definitely recommend taking him.

This guy's class is a joke. All you have to do is agree with him and he'll give you an A. I thought we were supposed to learn things in college. If you disagree, you might as well leave. He's pretty stuck on his non-violent views, so he backs out of any kind of conflict in the class.

Perhaps the easiest course I've taken so far at St. Bonaventure. Only have to write three papers (about 250 words in length), and take a total of five quizzes (which are on the continents). As for teaching styles: I felt he varied his methods as much as he could have. There were times where we'd just watch a video or listen to a speaker.
