Nowhere near as bad as ppl complain. Really quite a nice guy, gives you plenty of time to hand in hw and the quizzes and tests are straightforward. Takes time to go through everything clearly and plainly. Do the hw and study questions, you'll do fine. I was a bit nervous, not having taken a math in 3 years, but was very satisfied with Dr. Light.

He is incredibly boring and always seems to try and trick you on the exam. He makes you do out all the work, and only gives full credit is the work and answers are right. He gave a lot of homework and never really went over very much. avoid at all costs!

The Course I had with him was good. Willing to help out whenever he could and I didn't find him too ambiguous. He was very tough in a way he was so meticulous in how he wanted things but he seemed like a great guy overall and was willing to help.
