This professor is a tough grader. His grading scheme is ridiculous! If you have more than six grammatical errors in your paper, YOU WILL NOT GET AN A for that paper. The plus to this class is that he allowed his students to revise ALL PAPERS: Personal Statement, Resume, Cover Letter, Source Memorandum & a FINAL PROJECT: BUSINESS PLAN.

Terrible professor. Doesn't offer feedback or properly help you get better. Has no tolerance for missing deadlines even if it's by a couple of minutes. Will take away whole grade levels for grammar and spelling. If you have to take him for an online class, DONT. Easily the worst professor in the department.

Does not give grade papers in a timely matter. Does not give positive feedback along with negative critique. It's his way or no way at all. Has no respect for students input, and is not accessible during his scheduled office hours. This professor should not be teaching. He should stick to being a writer. DON'T TAKE HIS CLASS!!!

HORRIBLE! His work is unclear, due dates are confusing, and no office hours. IF you speak to him over the phone he over talks you and then tells you that you arent listening. Your going to be left considering wanting to drop the course. This man is a WRITER! not a PROFESSOR!

Prof Anderson is misunderstood. It is true that he is a tough grader, but his feedback is beyond helpful. His feedback allows students to perfect their writing and prepare for the real world. Your overall grade is not based on how well you did on every exercise, but how well you follow instructions, how much effort you put into the assignment, etc.

In his Business Writing class, he is very clear about his expectations and standards. His assignments are useful and relevant to the business world, such as a resume and a business plan. Take him to find out what businesses expect, and be committed. He gives honest feedback. Students can revise.

Very professional educator. He provided a clear outline of requirements and schedule for the semester at the beginning of the course. He always gave detailed feedback and allowed us to submit the rewritten papers for grading. Take his class, I have acquired great business writing skills from him, and the papers he asked for are useful in real life!

there was a lot of work. but it was spaced out in the semester and Andersom gave us sometimes 2 or 3 weeks for assignments. he gets you a very thorough look on assignments like no other prof I ever had, but he let's you redo work; i think i made big improvements and have got complements on my resume and cover letters already. i feel more confident.

Really did not enjoy this course at all, and truly regret taking it with him. I would highly advise to choose a different professor for this course because he will kill your GPA. And no, I am not a lazy student who expects to get an easy A, he is just a professor who expects things to bedone exactly his way or otherwise it is wrong.

Don't waist your time and money for something worthless seriously. He doesn't teach you anything and expect you to write like a journalist. He is not flexible at all and he will ruin your gpa so be aware and stay away, if you don't have a choice then use the e-permit to choose another professor somewhere else if not you'll find yourself in a trap.

Professor assigns challenging projects that make you have to think. He taught me how to write a business plan which is something that I would have never learned on my own. He gives lots of feedback and allows you to resubmit work with corrections to get a higher grade. He is a good professor and it's possible to get an A if you work for it, I did.

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW FOR A PROFESSOR IN MY LIFE. That being said, STOP! Go to cunyfirst RIGHT NOW! and swap this class. Take statistics, calculus 2, biochemistry instead, I swear you'd get a better grade in all of those combined into one class than his LEH 353.
