Dr Locke has practiced social work for longer than most of you have been alive. The man knows social work and I only wish that I would eventually know as much as him. Get him started on something and the true Dr. Locke will come out!!!

Yes Dr Locke is a bit old and has a monotone voice, but I believe that he is a very smart man who is very passionate about his profession. Get him started on some sort of current event tangent and you will see the true Dr Locke come out!

Not smart, but thinks he is. I had a law question right once, and he refused to change it from wrong to right. I've gone through law school now, and I'm still 100% sure I'm right--it's not even a close call. Stubborn old fart.
