Dr. Shaw is a wonderful lecturer. I took Fiction from her, and her lectures were inspirational. Even if I had read one of the stories before, she taught them from new and interesting points of view. She is practical and intelligent and has a dry sense of humor which is absolutely hilarious. Her tests are easy, and she gives good feedback on papers.

She provides nearly zero instruction to the online class im in. The one and only thing she even has posted in blackboard is her syllabus in which she tells you what to read out of the book and when the test is. No instruction or nothing, just read the book and your test is this your test date. So she's getting paid to literally grade 3 things.
