He is a very easy professor, but he is extremely boring. I do not recommend taking classes with him. If you are looking for an easy A, then maybe he's a good choice. But if you want to stay awake, don't do it! If you do decide to, make sure it isn't at night. Very nice guy. Incredibly boring professor.

He is by far one of the best teacher there. He knows his stuff and he is very easy to work with. Just do your stuff and if anything comes up just let him know. He is not easy but he is not hard. You will learn alot of great writing techiques.

Must say not one of my favorite prof.'s. Very monotone and boring. Feel like most of the time he's speaking and knows nothing about what he's saying. Though at the same time he seems to know a lot, if that makes sense. Very boring class wouldn't recomend.

Well you definitely don't have to be a wonderful writer in order to succeed in this class. It was pretty easy, but perhaps that is to be expected of a 200 level class. Jacques is very kind and mild mannered. He gives compliments often.

Umm...this class was almost a joke. He's a nice guy and you def. don't do much work at all, but if you are really into writing, you might want to take a more challenging class. No homework, and don't bother buying the books b/c you won't ever use them.
