Great prof. His lectures are well planned and informative, filled with case studies to support the material. He cares about the students and tries to be fair. He encourages participation but doesn't push for it. The course requires a reasonable amount of effort but it is possible to get a good mark if you attend class and study do assignments.

quite frankly I don't think he cares about undergrad students. for a two hour review class for an exam he showed up with one question that took 5 minutes and was what we just learnt. refused to give us other questions for studying so we had nothing but notes to study for the exam

I think he's the most intellectual prof I've ever had in CIVL â€" definitely knows what he’s talking about. Not an easy course but if you keep working at it, doing all the assignments and old finals, it all makes sense in the end. He’s verrry helpful & nice when he’s available! awesome course!
