Comment:

The best class you'll ever take that will actually help you achieve your goals in life. Plus he's very passionate about his job, and is always willing to help. He actually came up with this class and structured well. He can be a tough grader, but if you do the work you should have no problem.

Dr. Carducci is a great Prof to have for a first year, Gen. Ed. course. His classes are pretty well organized and he repeats everything (because, since he's a Psychologist, he knows things that are repeated are retained). Accesible outside of class and tons of extra credit opportunities. VERY hard test questions.

I would not recommend Carducci for this class. He is very tough & sometimes seems disrespectful. Although he is very intelligent and is very passionate about psychology, he is very demanding and expects you to complete his assignments perfectly. Personally, I feel he is not respectful of students comments or questions.

do yourself a favor and avoid him at all costs. He is very tough and comes off as very rude. Presentations and papers have to be exactly how he wants them. He didn't make students feel comfortable to share ideas because to him, there are stupid questions. He is passionate about psychology, but isn't very personable.

This class I expected to be easy. I was wrong, I still received a B, but the only grades are 5 exams, all multiple choice, but his lectures are very long and boring, but he gives so much extra credit. This saved me. There are so many chances for extra credit. DO ALL OF THEM. I got a total of 90 points extra credit which is ridiculous and saved me

His lectures are boring. He puts all of his lecture powerpoint online but they can be hard to follow. Be ready to study really hard for his test. He also gives a lot of extra credit through out the course. There were only a few test and those are your only grades besides the extra credit.

Very sweet guy. He's a good professor and generally and wants to help you if you need it. He is a bit monotone and his classes can get boring. I zoned out for a lot of his classes because he rambles on about one thing for a long time. If you don't read the chapters assigned in the book you will not pass the exams.

Very smart an lives to teach psych!!! He gives good examples durning lecture! His test are very hard, they are concept based you will fail everyone if you just study the material you have to know how it apples to real world situations!

Although he is tough, he is great. I took him my very first semester and was so beyond lost in the college study thing. He sat down with me and pretty much saved me by teaching me how to study. As long as you listen to lectures and take good notes, you will pass his class. He has tests over readings every two weeks. And they're mostly example q's.

Carducci may come off as arrogant but he is very intelligent and understand a lot about his field of study. If you want someone to inspire you, he's the guy to talk to. He's a hard grader but you do learn a lot of him. Take his class(s) if you want to challenge yourself.

Professor Carducci was a pretty good professor in my opinion. His lectures can be boring at times but he is so thorough in his explanations that you don't have to study very much at all. I went to most every class, didn't study hardly at all and got A's on all of my exams. Overall a nice and helpful professor!

Carducci is straight to the point. he gives excellent examples and will go into depth about anything you ask about. Yes, the lectures can be boring but, his overall method is good. He repeats everything! I could literally hear his voice in my head while taking the exams. I will not complain about that!
