Teacher is a nice person, but the class material was not current or relevant to today's complex challenges. That, in an of itself, was a disappointment. Also the class spends too much time on games. In terms of grading, the class is fairly easy but the grading was too picky on unimportant details.

Too much time devoted to childish games. Very little concrete application to business and current management challenges. Even the academic subjects in this class were presented in a shallow, non in-depth manner. On the plus side, the class is an easy one to get a high grade.

Too many silly games must be played by the students. I don't think I really learned very much about the course material; however, it did provide a good opportunity to meet other students and know them better. I think that the learning from this course is mainly from reading assignments and discussions with other students and their experience.

She puts toys on the tables to play with during class. She has regular check ins for students to provide feedback. She has lots of videos and guest speakers. She cares about students and makes a great effort to support and challenge. A very rewarding experience! Take her if you can - a friend for life!

This professor is incredible! So caring and passionate and wonderful. She cares so much about her students and the material. She is helpful and takes the time to ask for feedback. I have enjoyed all of my classes with her. I would recommend taking her classes so you can have a great experience even if you don't love the course material. AWESOME!

Dr. Ledbetter cares about her students and the subject matter. You will work hard in this class but the work load is appropriate. You will learn from her. She is passionate about the subject. No matter what the subject, taking a course with Dr. Ledbetter will be a rewarding experience.

Dr. Ledbetter is amazing -- what a wonderful and gifted leader and educator. I would strongly encourage anyone to enroll in one of her courses and hope to be able to do so again during the remainder of my program. She is extremely organized & clear - there was never a dull moment in class, and every assignment was relevant to the course material.

It is really hard to recommend this class. The material is very dated and she is a picky grader. For example, presentation style, dress, and technical (as opposed to content) proficiency are part of the assessment process. Final grades appear to be scaled to around a 3.0 meaning you're either going to get dragged down or brought up to mediocrity.

I was really disappointed about the overall quality of this class as I trusted RMP to pick this professor. She is everything but clear and the assignments were awfully long - Choose another professor since this rating doesn't reflect the general opinion in the classroom.

I had her as a PhD. Student. She is very helpful, and challenges you to think critically. She is passionate about teaching but certainly will not hesitate to critique strongly. Overall if you show passion for learning she'll work with you. Easy on the eyes as well and a consummate professional filled with integrity.

She is very passionate and truly cares about her students being the future. she was told to cut down her assignments and she did, 2 papers solo, 1 group paper, and presentation. Her grading on papers can be harsh, strict on APA format. Not very quick to get grades back to students. Very flexible to student ideas. One of the best 2 unit course profs
