Had absolutely no idea what he was teaching and would realize halfway through an example that he was teaching the wrong subject. Awful. Do not take. Ever.

Professor Schreieber just reads off the slides and doesn't explain. When asked to explain, he simply started to write nonsense on the board. His tests are very random and he doesn't give study guides. His teaching does not prepare you for the final that is a group final with other classes. If you have other options take another professor.

He is very hard to follow. His grading scale is confusing. It is based off of median grades, but is never fully explained so you never really know where you are at. If the grades weren't based off of the median almost the whole class would have failed. Tests are crazy, there is no review and he gives tons of homework.

Youre in for quite the semester if you take Calc 2 with Professor Schrieber. First, his lectures are impossible to follow due to his sloppy handwriting and random mistakes in practice problems. His tests give me nightmares they're so difficult, and the class averages are awful. I would never wish this professor on anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I'm not a lazy student. I put effort into the class to try and do good. He knows his stuff, he is just horrible at explaining it. Good person, bad teacher. I failed the class and took it again with a different professor and got an A.

He really is a nice man, and if you go to him for help he will try to help you as much as possible. But he just isnt good at lecturing or explaining things, so asking questions is pretty much irrelevant. Was late everyday, than made us stay late because he was late. Could probably be a good teacher if he could learn to lecture and be clear.

Prof. Schreiber is awesome! Those who gave low ratings must be lazy students who don't do the work in any class & wonder why their grades suck. Math is hard and takes a lot of work. Lectures are clear & he is also helpful outside of class. If you're a good student & will do the work, take a class with him. If you're lazy and/or stupid, don't.

This professor is extrememly helpful and fair. The course begins fairly easy and becomes progressively more difficult - so do not fool yourself into thinking you will not need to put forth the extra effort later.

Dr. Schreiber is a great professor. He really wants his students to do well in his class, and if you work hard, you will. Although his tests are difficult, they aren't ridiculous nor tedious, and he's a fair grader. Expect Minitab assignments. They aren't bad at all, nor are they time consuming. They are a great application to the material.

Absolutely terrible teacher. He is a nice guy, but he gets confused in presentations and makes lots of mistakes. Tests and quizes are very hard, but he gives liberal partial credit. Do not take this professor if you can avoid it!

Comment:
One of the worst teachers ever because he doesn't know the material he's teaching. During his lectures, he easily & frequently becomes confused and scattered, which wastes more than 50% of class time. His tests are pretty hard, so make sure you do a lot of homework problems. His grading system isn't normal, but it works to your advantage usually.

This teacher is the worst teacher I have ever had in my whole life for math. He is never prepared to class, always late, never has practice problems ready for class, always makes mistakes during a problem then confuses everybody in class. Tests are hard. Nobody even stays in class anymore everyone leaves. DO NOT TAKE THIS TEACHER.

This professor makes the class much harder than it should be. I had taken classes that cover this material in high school, and that is the only reason I can do the problems. His explanations are nigh incomprehensible, and he is slow to catch his own mistakes.

Test averages are in the low 30 range.Worst professor by far, makes many mistakes half of the class probably will fail. Blames it on students when the guy himself is real mess. Squeaks and yells "what" ramdomly. drop class asap. not worth your money with him teaching this course.
