He is too involved in other aspects of IMS to be of any help. He should be focusing on more departmental things- he has NO time to teach this class, making it nearly impossible to want to try. He doesn't come prepared either. He definitely knows a lot of content but needs to give us the time that we give him as students.

Glenn is a really nice and knowledgeable guy who is probably a great teacher during J-term or his CA program, but he does not have time to teach IMS 418 and it shows. His assignments aren't usually posted, his final project is vague, and his readings are too long for such short quizzes. Still, its an easy course that's fun if you like social media.

It is very clear that Glenn has absolutely no time for the class. He rarely responds to emails. The coursework is grossly unorganized and unclear. I was really excited for this class but now I regret taking it. Glenn should not be a teacher, it just is not something he should continue doing.
