Dr. Penn is one of my favorite professors in the Education Department at Thomas More College. Yes, all of her tests require essay responses, but once you take one test it is very easy to predict the information that she will ask for on the next tests. Dr. Penn is very consistent with the setup of her classes.

i agree with some other comments on here. dr. penn always came across as a bit aloof and cold and i too, for some reason, didn't trust her just as another rater stated. i guess she's fair, but there is an art to teaching and personality counts. as another rater stated, you'll most likely leave with a negative impression.

i always found penn to be a bit cold or fake. i never trusted her. overall i would say she's "fair," but i'm betting most students will ultimately remember her in a somewhat negative fashion.
