I went to him after class and asked if he couldn't let me know what my grade was, to which he replied "The final is 40% of your grade" I asked again and he said it didn't matter. I then asked if he would review my homework and he said well you can take it to the tutoring center. He is not willing to help students and basically gives out busy work

I am a smart, straight A student, but this class messed up my mind and my GPA. I guess its just because Im such a visual learner, and his lectures were fast, so I couldnt organize in my usual manner. I went to every class and still am strugglig. Also, no grades are posted, so dont expect to know if youre passing until the end.

Doesn't speak in clear terms. You better take notes because the textbooks won't help.

Comment:
Malcolm doesn't help students understand his material. All he does is hand out papers, papers, and more papers (he needs to upgrade to having material available online). Instead of tying to help students learn, he just moves quickly through the material and leaves the entire class confused. If you ask questions, he gets offended.

You probably have to right down word for words what he says. He is really confusing and GET READY TO READ MORE THAN READING IN ENGLISH... Loads of HW but its not long. Tests are Really Tough.

Professor Robinson is a great guy and and an even better teacher. didn't know what to expect going in because everyone said that economics would be difficult, but he definitely made things clear and understandable. I recommend taking his class to anyone interested in taking Econ.

Wasn't very good. Wasn't clear about the subject. I would ask for a tutor and he would just tell me to ask the classmates. Wasn't very helpful. The test were impossible. Stay away from this professor. By far the worst I've ever had.

By far the smartest professor I've ever had at any university. The material is difficult and the pace is very fast, so you have to do a lot of digging on your own. He's bright, funny, and kind of nutty.... just how he should be. The two classes I had with Malcolm were my hardest classes but were my absolute favorite classes.

The first class is a little slow getting started, but that is only because he wants to make sure you have a good baseline. I liked him a great deal. Very knowledgeable about the topic and clearly passionate about the subject. Highly recommend.

If you can understand the Supply & Demand table, and the other economic graphs he gives you, you'll do find. Somewhat left leaning, but it doesn't affect the class too much, plus, you get the T-rex arms!

This guy is a nut! And he is so hard to understand. His tests are impossible if you are any other major but economics. Try your best and make sure you laugh at his stories. The plus side is his T-Rex arms
