Comment:

Abb is a really great and fun teacher, he's very caring for his students only wanting them to succeed, as long as you actually try in his class you will pass. The notes he gives are decent, they could be better and a bit more in depth. Quizzes are given every week unless there's a test, also hw counts towards your grade. Overall a great teacher

I've never left a review for a teacher on here before, but I felt compelled to do so with Abb! I have always hated math and surprisingly, he mad it fun and enjoyable. He gives methods to solving things that are not in the book and it is so much easier! He is, by far, the best math teacher I have ever had in my life. Trust me, take him.

Thank you, Mr. Abb! He is a great teacher and really wants you to pass the class. Just keep showing up and do all the homework. Open notes for all quizzes and test except for the first 2 and open notes for the final! He really helps you out

Best math teacher ever. Makes learning easy and fun. Really takes the time to listen to your questions and answer them so that you understand what youre doing! He helped me EARN an A. Allows you to use your notes on (some) tests and quizzes!! If I had the choice to choose him for every math class, I would. Everyone in my class loved his class!

Took his math class during Spring quarter and I couldn't have chosen a better teacher. He explains very well if you do not understand the first time he goes through the material. He is funny and enthusiastic which makes his class go by very quickly. I've never enjoyed math and was surprised to have enjoyed it in his class!

ABB IS THE BEST MATH TEACHER EVER. Hilarious, and smart guy no doubt. During difficult lectures, he likes to crack in stories or funny jokes in between to relax our brains a little. Goes through a lot of material, but he explains very well. Assigns homework every week, but only 3 sections at a time. TAKE HIM!!! You won't regret it!!!

The BEST Math teacher I will probably ever have. Funny and entertaining. This is the first class where I ACTUALLY want to go every single day and learn. He is VERY patient and nice. Mr Abb is a very good professor who takes care of students. If you don't understand something, you always have the possibility to ask him. Homework are not too difficult and you have to do it on "My MathLab" and so you have the possibility to do more exercices. Quizzes/exams are identical at the HW and you can frequently have extra credits.

I don't think I would have made it without his help. His lectures are clear, HW load is decent (will give you full credit for just trying, also gives answers out in class) He allows cheat sheets for exams. He is just a great person in general. He truly wants all his students to pass. His lectures are funny and he relates them to real life.

Abb is honestly the best teacher I have had in college by far. He is so helpful and funny. He makes math seems so easy because he has so many years of experience with all levels of math. If you going to take 114 at De Anza you have to try to take his class. He only teaches at night because he is a high school teacher in the day.

Mr. Abb reminds me of the grandpa I wish I had growing up. He is a nice man and teaches well, however if you want to pursue math further, I would suggest taking another teacher because his teaching is very basic. Although I passed his class, I do not feel prepared for precalc. His homework is always on my math lab. Hes a good teacher and helps alot

Mr. Abb is an awesome math teacher. He gives only a few problems for each section which is good and is always there when you have questions. His lectures are great because he always has funny stories that relate to what we are learning. I hate math and he makes math so painless. I wish he would be my math teacher again

Greatest math teacher I have ever had. Hate math more than anything but looked forward to his class! He cares deeply about his students. He has hilarious anecdotes that somehow lead perfectly back into the lecture, and you won't even realize you're learning you'll be having so much fun. Lots of open note or notecards for tests and quizzes.

Mr. Abb is an awesome teacher! Even if you have been out of school for a bit, but are willing to put in the effort he is willing to help you and make sure you understand math. His class is very fun and I would definitely recommend him to any student. His teachings are interesting and he shows you how the math can be applied to life.
